Account Information
Name, work email address, and company name when you create an account or contact us.
Content and Assets
Documents, PDFs, slide decks, brand profiles, and campaign configurations you upload.
API Keys
Stored encrypted and used solely to route requests to your chosen AI provider. Never shared.
Usage Data
IP address, browser type, pages visited — used only for platform operations and security.
How We Use Your Information
- Provision, operate, and maintain your dedicated platform instance
- Process content generation requests through your connected AI provider
- Monitor platform performance, security, and reliability
- Provide customer support and technical assistance
- Send administrative communications, service notices, and security alerts
We do not use your uploaded content, brand profiles, or generated campaigns to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties. Your content remains yours.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures. This includes encryption at rest for all stored data (including API keys), encryption in transit for all network communications, and dedicated, isolated infrastructure per customer. While we use commercially reasonable means to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We only share information with third parties in these limited circumstances:
Service Providers
Trusted vendors who assist in operating the platform — contractually bound to confidentiality.
AI Providers at Your Direction
Content you submit for generation is sent to the AI provider you select, under your own API key.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid request by a public authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies required for platform authentication and security. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some portions of the platform may not function without them.
Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After 90 days from termination, all customer data is securely purged from our systems unless legal retention obligations apply.
